He weilds a cleaver, instead of his average ninja weapons, and a cannon. He is constantly seaching for his normal self, thinking that he stole his own gespaocho recipe. He has a spanish accent, and is constanstly criticizing Mel's cooking, and being sarcastic.
He somehow returned for Crash's Crashenfest party.
